HammerFit is an official Hammer Strength Training Center. What does this mean?  Hammer Strength was originally designed for high performance athletes, but the machines are ideal for all fitness levels. HammerFit  is one of over 80 Hammer Strength Training Centers’ located around the world, including; Thailand, Spain and China.

The user friendly machines offer the most bio-mechanically correct movements in the industry. They utilize natural paths of motion that replicate correct body movement. Hammer Strength equipment is great for strengthening muscles without harming your joints. All members are set up with an individualized program.
